Will my decal order ship with a tracking number?
I offer two shipping options for decals. The first option in USPS flat rate shipping for free that does NOT include tracking....the tracking you do receive on the free shipping comes from an Etsy third party shipping company and isn't always reliable...and the other choice is an upgrade option of USPS first class shipping with tracking for $3.00. Please note that the flat rate shipping option might take longer to arrive once shipped.
My address is wrong, can I change it?
If your item has not shipped you may contact me through Etsy conversations and we can discuss the matter. However, if your item has shipped I will not be able to replace it or refund the order...in order to receive the item you will need to place another order for said item with the correct address.
Will I receive instructions on how to apply my decal?
Yes!! All orders come with easy to follow instructions!!
What is the most common order of a monogram?
The most common monogram form is to place your initials in FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE order...so if your name was Jane Elise Brown your monogram would read JBE.
When ordering an item that requires you to provide initials for a monogram, please add them in the notes to seller section at checkout in the order you want them to appear on the item.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Since most of my items are made to order, I do not offer refunds, but if you have a concern regarding your order please feel free to contact me and we can talk about it. (You must contact me with in 2 weeks of receiving your order though.)
